古晶（周星驰饰）是有名的整人专家。他开了一家整人公司。华仔和父亲共同生活，他在公司中备受赏识，并取得了副总经理的职位。就在庆祝他升迁的晚会上，他认识了匿名前来的公司董事长的女儿。二人产生了好感。经过一段时间接触，二人坠入爱河。这一切引起了同为追求者的阿雄的嫉妒，于是他找来了古晶。古晶冒充华仔同父异母的弟弟进人他的家庭，从此一场大混乱开始了。
