年代有些久远了，答错了别怪我
当介词from表示起点或来源时，可和where连用。一般来说，from where有三个含义：
1）from where = from what place 常见于特殊疑问句和名词性从句中：
From where shall we start?
They are facing the problem from where they could get more help.
2）from where = from the place where
He lives ten miles from where I am living.
I could see him from where I was hiding.
3）from where = from which (place) 引导定语从句
His head soon appeared out of one of the second storey windows, from where he could see nothing but trees.
所问一题属于第三种用法。
